As we were all trying to discern the Lakeland Healing Revival with Todd Bentley, it also coincided with a previously scheduled women's conference in Florida.  Speakers included Dr. Clarice Fluitt, who founded Christian Evangelistic Outreach in 1982.   In 1971, the late Kathryn Kuhlman laid hands and imparted a healing ministry to Clarice.  Since that time, incredible healings and supernatural power have been continually evidenced in her ministry.

From 1971 to 1975, the Fluitt's home in Monroe, La., was one continuous prayer meeting and became the birthplace of the Charismatic renewal in northeast Louisiana.
