All applicants must have a passion to know
God, the compassion to make Him known, technical skills, second mile
dedication and a servant's heart. You must be in agreement with
our vision (as stated at the bottom of every web page) and our mission
to provide Restoration Prayer Ministry, to minister to ministers, to
teach, train and activate more effective ministers in local churches and
to help fulfill the Great Commission, especially through cyber-missions.
Our ministry
vision is
to provide a place for others
to receive
unconditional love, wisdom and
insight so that they will develop such an intimate relationship with God,
that they can impart His restoration and transformation to others,
will be able to fulfill their callings, with adequate experience
and training.
We are
looking for someone who is able and willing
to work part- time for us in exchange for your residence.
Therefore you must be able to find employment part-time or able to obtain your spending money another way.
IMPORTANT: You must have technical skills to assist in our office work, web site
maintenance, production of publications and have excellent phone skills.
There is some potential for training in effective ministry if you so desire
on your own time but an
Intern Application is a different
application and you pay us for pouring hours into you!!
You must have
computer skills and office admin experience.
Your
orientation will include ministry to you:

Receive 18 hours
minimum of Restoration Prayer Ministry yourself.

Learn, understand
and write your personal purpose

Know and understand how
to adjust your personality style
Your orientation
will include training in office skills:

Correspondence by
computer and telephone
-
Web page creation,
maintenance and repair

Resources production and
distribution
-
Video and audio
creation, editing and posting on the web

Web page key word
optimization
-
Light office administration skills, faxing, filing and typing

Keep the office open in
our absence
You may choose to work part-time or full-time
depending on your preferences and your need
to earn an income in secular employment. We can only offer to
trade you your residence as compensation for your work. You must have
outside sources of income and we cannot help you with money for
food, transportation or all your other expenses. This application
is for someone who is free to help us. We are looking for
someone who will do the work of the ministry with commitment, as if this
ministry were their own. You will be free to choose to work 20 hrs. part-time
or 40 hrs. full-time and those limits will be respected.
You will have
your own room
(furnished or unfurnished) and will be free
to spend your free time as you wish within limits of Godly behaviors. Only one office assistant
applicant will receive this free residence benefit as pay for their
work; intern applicants pay us for their training and room.
Bartering for your
residence is
only available to those who choose to work for us 20 hours per week or more.
If you who choose full-time secular employment and work for us less than 20 hours
per week, you may pay us rent
and volunteer for less hours.
